I didn't receive the item, when asked about, they made a refund. I made the order to receive the good not to have a refund after more than three weeks.

I'm always baffled when people complain about receiving a refund after an item goes missing in transit, especially when it's shipped internationally to Romania as is the case with your order. As eBay doesn't have a formal re-send facility built in to their website a refund is most often the only option.
